1. Service Description

wake.meup.ai provides scheduled wake-up phone calls powered by artificial intelligence. When you purchase a wake-up call, an AI-generated voice will call you at the scheduled time. You will be speaking with an artificial intelligence, not a human. The voice is AI-generated, not a recording of a real person.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.

3. Payment

Wake-up calls are purchased individually at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. No Guarantee of Delivery

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver every scheduled call, calls may fail due to network issues, your phone being off or unreachable, voicemail interception, carrier blocking, or AI service outages. We do not guarantee that every call will be successfully delivered or answered.

5. Retry Policy

If a call is unanswered, goes to voicemail, or fails, we will automatically retry up to 3 times at approximately 5-minute intervals. After 3 failed attempts, no further retries will be made.

6. AI Limitations

The AI may produce inaccurate, irrelevant, or unexpected responses. This service is for convenience and entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on wake.meup.ai for medical, emergency, safety-critical, or any situation where failure to wake up could result in serious harm.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. A call is considered delivered when the phone system accepts the call, regardless of whether you answer. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide only your own phone number or a number you have permission to call
• Use one phone number per checkout
• Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

We enforce rate limits and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, AI behavior, or any damages arising from your use of or reliance on this service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
